We work diligently to achieve our goals and needs, ensuring we establish priorities and regularly discuss trade-offs to reach team consensus. We don't believe in building our organization with rigid hierarchies that stifle impact - instead, we prefer to maintain agility. We share ideas, learn, and adapt to keep our entrepreneurial and collaborative culture vibrant.

Our Tech Stack
The Technology Department is not just a support function - technology is the core of our business and our highest priority. Our technical teams work closely with research and operations to develop the software and infrastructure needed to rapidly turn ideas into reality.
We build our proprietary systems to be high-performance, scalable, and intuitive. Our trading is fully automated, and we aim to bring automation to everything we do. We develop our software using C++, Python, and Rust, leveraging open-source technologies. As a company, we've grown from running Linux on a few self-built machines to scaling across thousands of servers for research, simulation, and testing - all orchestrated by our own network scheduling system.
Diversity
We aspire to build and grow a successful, inclusive company that we can all be proud of. We believe diversity is fundamental to this vision. Our goal is to remove barriers so that people with different experiences and backgrounds see us as a place where they want to work. We remain deeply concerned about the underrepresentation of women in finance and technology. We also recognize the barriers that exist in our industry for underrepresented groups. We actively work to address these imbalances through education, events, charitable partnerships, and targeted recruitment initiatives.
